Returns - Important Information
Please understand that when you purchase Unity Beads™ bracelets, you also contribute to our Circle of Giving and our Positive Impact projects.  That's why we say not only will you look great wearing them, but you'll feel great too because of the positive impact we've had in so many others lives.

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and are happy to assist you.  Returns are available within 30 days of purchase, and we are able to refund your original order minus contributions associated with our Circle of Giving and Positive Impact projects.  

With each purchase Unity Beads™ contributes to each of the causes on our circle of giving including:

• Raising our women artisans out of poverty
• Building clean water wells for neighborhoods without clean water sources
• Local donations to organizations such as The American Red Cross, Dana Farber, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, and many others!

In addition when you purchase online we include:

• Handpicked orders, placed lovingly into drawstring bags
• Customer information cards included in each bag
• Gift wrapping in tissue paper
• Printing and inclusion of a personalized gift card

As a result, when you return a portion of your order we are able to refund 52% of the original purchase price, or $10 per bracelet.

In order to qualify for returns, orders must have been placed within 30 days of purchase, and original Unity Beads™ tags must remain on the bracelets.

Simply contact us for an RMA number and ship the items back to us along with a print out of the original email receipt that you received when placing your order.  We will promptly issue a refund of the available amount within 48 - 72 hrs of receipt.
